Hannah is the Lead Writer for SADA (Seasonal Affective Disorder Association). She is a passionate advocate for those suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Not only is Hannah a writer by profession, but she has a personal connection to the condition, living with SAD for several years now.
After embracing the illness, Hannah felt the need to use her writing skills to help her fellow sufferers in any way she can. She uses her creative powers to research, reach out, and collect stories about those affected by SAD in order for others to understand and recognize their experiences. Hannah believes that through storytelling and understanding, we can come to accept and manage our daily struggles with SAD, and live a better life.
Hannah also uses her writing skills to help her fellow sufferers by reviewing SAD lamps. She has become a reviewer for SAD lamps, testing their effectiveness and sharing her findings with other sufferers.
Hannah hopes that with her writing and research she can expand the awareness and knowledge on SAD and provide support to others in need. Her professional and personal development both align to her mission of creating a safe and inspiring space to encourage dialogue, understanding, and a sense of comfort and security in the face of potentially debilitating illness.
Through all of her efforts, Hannah is dedicated to helping others suffering from SAD to find comfort and connection in their shared experiences, and be empowered to lead a fulfilling life in spite of their disorder.
